For securities, Leader Investments has established a clearing arrangement with Mesirow Financial, Inc., a member of the New York Stock Exchange as well as all other major exchanges. Mesirow has shareholders' capital in excess of $75 million.

Securities clients of Leader Investments open accounts directly with Mesirow and are carried on the books of Mesirow. All securities transactions are cleared by Mesirow. Transaction orders are phoned or sent via the Internet to Leader Investments and then passed to Mesirow.

Leader Investments is able to provide all of the services of any other full-service brokerage firm. Leader has on-line access to Mesirow's automated order entry and customer accounting systems. Market order executions are reported back in a matter of seconds.??Clients may view all their account information through the Internet.
